Oxford is the perfect combination of tradition and innovation, and there can be no better description of whisky making at The Oxford Artisan Distillery. Join Master Distiller Chico Rosa and archaeobotanist John Letts as they discuss distilling Oxford’s first whisky from heritage grains grown mostly within 50 miles of Oxford, with sustainability, biodiversity and taste at its heart.
To accompany the talk, The Oxford Artisan Distillery has produced a special whisky tasting kit, which you can pre-order for delivery during the week commencing 4 October. Available while stocks last. Last date to order: Monday 11 October.
