The first collaboration between IF Oxford and Komaruya Sumii combining the Kyomaru uchiwa with optical illusions from psychology professor Akiyoshi Kitaoka
This ancient craft is the perfect setting to experience dynamic designs printed on washi paper and share perspectives on perception.
Use these unique traditional Japanese hand fans and be mesmerised by the innovative designs, with limited quantities on sale to take home to amaze your friends and family.

創業 寛永元年（1624年）小丸屋住井10代目 女将 住井啓子氏と立命館大学教授 北岡 明佳氏、IF オックスフォードCEO デーン ・ コマーフォード氏のディスカッションとなります。
トークショーの後に懇親会を企画しております。

Keiko Sumii, 10th generation proprietress of KOMARUYA Sumii, founded in 1624, will discuss with Akiyoshi Kitaoka, professor at Ritsumeikan University, and Dane Comerford, CEO of IF Oxford. Please join us for a reception after the discussion, where tea and other refreshments will be served.
