Has the pandemic accelerated the advent of a ‘third democratic transformation’, where system rivalry between democracies and authoritarian regimes will reign supreme? Which side are you on: are we now worse or better off in terms of democracy? Join Professor Kalypso Nicolaidis in an interactive conversation on the effect of the pandemic on democracy.
