Talk | Health & Medicine, Science

What is the body clock, how does it work and what does it do to our metabolism? How does the timing of our meals and sleep impact on our health? In this talk, University of Oxford Professor, David Ray will show how you can hack your body clock in the 21st century to live a healthier life. This event is part of the art of the ‘Health research and You’ series of talks from the National Institute for Health Research.

David Ray is Professor of Endocrinology in the University of Oxford’s Radcliffe Department of Medicine. His research focuses on the effect circadian rhythms have on our metabolism and immune system.
