Workshops | Dance, Health & Medicine, Society, The Mind
Want to join in an Online Dance Flashmob to send your heart and body soaring? Learn the moves in advance with our team of dancers as they demonstrate and teach in a series of workshops. You can take part in as many workshops as you wish. Then join in with everyone to dance together online and in a crowd. No dance experience is required.
On Wednesday 7 October, participants joined dancer/choreographer Miles Kearley in this online dance workshop to learn some of the moves they’ll need to get the most out of our Moving Together online flashmob experience. Once you’ve learnt the moves join us all for an epic dance flashmob on Saturday 24 October from 16:00 to 17:00.
Moving Together uses dance and music to improve mental wellbeing and connection with others.
Dance to a specially created soundtrack inspired by the voices of people experiencing loneliness and accompanied by original music from Quentin Lachapele.
Once you’ve learnt the moves join us all for an epic dance flashmob on Saturday 24 October from 16:00 to 17:00.
