In this workshop series, you’ll learn how to use computer coding and sensors in a circuit to control LEDs and motors using Arduinos and Tinkercad, combining art and engineering. Six live sessions with all workshops later available on-demand at www.if-oxford.com.

For the coding, you will need and computer with a USB port and:

Tinkercad Software and Logins (Installation and Set up in Workshop 1)
Arduino, USB connecting wire and Software (Installation and Set up in Workshop 1)
Breadboard
Jumper Wires
Wrapping Wire approx. 90cm
LEDs (Colours optional)
Resistors
Buttons
9v Battery and Snap Connector or USB rechargeable power pack
LDR Photoresistor
Servo Motor

Also, you will need:

Pens/Pencils
Paper
Fairy Lights
Arts & Crafts Materials of Your Choice – Tissue paper, Scissors, Glue, Ribbon, String, Cardboard, etc.
