Crack the code – learn computer programming skills

Do you want to have a go at coding?

In this interactive 45-minute workshop, learn from instructors at City of Oxford College Technology Campus the fundamentals of coding. In this session you will be using block code to create games and LED light displays using a BBC Micro:bit. These skills are the foundations of the changing digital world.

There are two workshop sessions to choose from at 1pm and 3pm. Spaces are limited, so please book a ticket.

All equipment will be provided.

If you enjoy this session, there’s an opportunity to sign up for a more in-depth computing and IT courses at the College.

IF Oxford is operating a Pay What You Decide (PWYD) ticketing system. This works by enabling you to pre-book events without paying for a ticket beforehand. Afterwards, you have the opportunity to pay what you decide you want to, or can afford. If you prefer, you can make a donation when you book.

There may be tickets available on the door – spaces may be reallocated if ticket holders are late.
