A whistle-stop tour of the cosmos

Oxford Works (beside Oxford Factory), Oxford Business Park, South, Oxford OX4 2SU

How does learning about the Universe help you use your brain in new and creative ways? Delve into the Big Bang to see stars and galaxy formation with ‘Professor Lukey Luke’ and UNBOXED. Find out how learning a new skill, such as a musical instrument has a positive influence on how your brain develops. Explore how visualising the immense distances of the cosmos can help to develop focus, creativity, and imagination.

Luke Blakeley, AKA ‘Professor Lukey Luke’ is a creative education practitioner and science enthusiast who has been teaching and performing in the creative arts for over 10 years. Luke studied biomedical sciences and has been a space guide for Our Place in Space, a project involving a scale model of the solar system commissioned by UNBOXED.
