Where the Festival takes place

The Festival typically takes place in dozens of venues across Oxford city centre, with an additional cluster of activity in south-east Oxford.

In 2020, events usually held in pubs, theatres, churches, shopping centres and libraries were all delivered digitally. For IF Oxford 2021, we anticipate a mix of digital and live events: the future is uncertain, so we will need to be flexible in how events are developed and delivered.

We are interested in hearing about your ideas for activity that could happen outdoors, such as walks, tours, installations or exhibitions that could be delivered safely, in line with COVID requirements. Should social distancing restrictions dictate, or if you prefer not to offer an in-person event, we will work with you to adapt your activity for a digital audience.
